Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that by an email sent by the University, a sample copy of the degree certificate has been served upon the petitioner. An original copy of the degree certificate is supposed to be handed over to the petitioner at the earliest. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the University submits that an original copy of the degree certificate shall be handed over to the petitioner in course of the day. In view of the above, no further order need be passed in this regard.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of without any further order, even as to costs.
