The matter relates to unauthorized construction over Dag No. 637 (L.R.), 630 R.S. at the instance of the private respondents.

Today, a report has been filed by the Assistant Engineer, Howrah Zilla Parishad signed on 19th July, 2022 which mentions that in compliance of the order passed by this Court, the unauthorized construction has been demolished successfully and peacefully on 19th July, 2022 in the presence of the Engineering team of Howrah Zilla Parishad, S.I. of Domjur P.S. and other police personnel of the Domjur P.S.

Photographs have been annexed in support of the said statement.

As it appears that the demolition of the unauthorized construction has already been carried out, accordingly, there is no requirement of proceeding with the writ petition any further.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Report filed by the Assistant Engineer, Howrah Zilla Parishad signed on 19th July, 2022 along with photographs be taken on records.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
