Abdul Wahed In view of the Office Note dated 02.02.2023, to the effect that a review petition bearing no. RVW 3251 of 2005 arising out of FMA 474 of 1985 being still pending, the order of dismissal of FMA 474 of 1985 vide order dated 05.12.2022 is creating problem in the administrative side.

Having perused the Office Note, we deem it just and proper and in the interest of justice to recall the order dated 05.12.2022 dismissing FMA 474 of 1985 for non-prosecution.

List this matter only after disposal of the review application.
