Learned advocate for the petitioners is directed to serve a copy of the revisional application upon Mrs. Anasuya Sinha, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State. Her appointment may be regularized by the concerned Authority in due course.

Record of this revisional application reflects that the chargesheet was submitted before the jurisdictional court on or about May, 2022. In view of the warrant of arrest so pending and till date not being executed, I direct that in case the petitioners surrenders by 7th July, 2023 before the jurisdictional court and pray for bail, the learned trial court would consider the application for bail in accordance with law. The execution of warrant of arrest be kept in abeyance till 9th July, 2023.

If the petitioners do not appear/surrender before the jurisdictional court within the aforesaid date, the learned Magistrate would proceed to the next harsher process of law on 10th July, 2023.

Other points so canvassed in the present revisional application would be

considered by the learned Sessions Court in course of the consideration of the charges. With the aforesaid observations, the present revisional application being CRR 235 of 2023 is disposed of.
