Mr. Hossain Chowdhury, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner could not arrange a local surety and also could not surrender before the learned Court below within the time as specified in the order dated 22nd January, 2020. Mr. Bapuli, learned advocate appearing for the State opposes the petitioner's prayer.

Heard the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties and considered the materials on record. No explanation is forthcoming as to why the present application has been preferred about 11 months after the

CRM No.720 of 2020 was disposed of by an order dated 22nd January, 2020.

In view thereof, the present application being CRAN 1 of 2021 is dismissed.

All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
