We have considered the materials on record. Case arises out of a matrimonial dispute. More than three years have lapsed since grant of bail to opposite party nos.2 to 6 herein. Whether the facts disclose ingredients of the offence under Section 307 IPC may be assessed during trial.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to cancel the bail granted to opposite party nos.2 to 6 herein. CRM 776 of 2021 is accordingly, dismissed.
