The petitioner is an Assistant Teacher at Prantapally Primary School, a school under English Bazar Urban Circle of Malda District Primary School Council.

The petitioner is praying transfer to any school at his home district at Nadia, inter alia, on the ground that his school is 586 kms. away from his home for which he is unable to meet his minor son. Besides, his parents are aged and suffering from different ailments.

The grounds on which the petitioner is praying transfer, are not convincing enough to entertain the prayer of the petitioner, therefore, WPA 1868 of 2025 is dismissed without any order as to costs.
