The Inspector-in-Charge, Barasat Police Station, North 24 Parganas is represented through another police personnel. State advocates are not present in Court today.

The report of the Police Station clearly indicates that two charge sheets have been filed in respect of the property on complaints lodged by the respondent no.

4. In respect of the petitioner's complaint, G. D. has been registered on 6th October, 2021 against the private respondents. Proceeding under Section 107 of the Cr. P. C. has been taken out against the private respondents.

It further appears that Chairman of Barasat Municipality has also filed a complaint of forgery in obtaining the legal heir certificate against one Jafar Ali. Barasat P. S. FIR No. 968 of 2021 has been registered on 24.12.2021. Statement of the mother of the petitioner under Section 164 of the Cr. P. C. has been recorded. Investigation has been completed and

the Charge Sheet No. 550 of 2022 dated 12.10.2022 has been filed.

This Court is of the view that in respect of any further complaint against the private respondents by the petitioner, appropriate steps shall be taken by the Barasat Police. The police shall ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area.

The petitioner may seek civil remedies in respect of any right to his property either in the pending proceeding or any proceedings that he may initiate in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations and keeping the report of the Barasat Police Station on record, the writ petition shall stand disposed of.
