The petitioner seeks registration of the complaint lodged by him against the private respondents. It appears from the report that pursuant to the complaint lodged by the petitioner, prosecution under Section 107 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been submitted upon holding enquiry. Nevertheless, in the event the petitioner is aggrieved by the conduct of the private respondents and seeks to take necessary steps, he is at liberty to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of his grievance.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted.
