To that effect, he has informed the police authorities as also the superior officer of police, but, till date, no steps have been taken.

Learned advocate for the State submits that earlier the petitioner moved an application wherein a Co-ordinate Bench of this Hon'ble Court was pleased to observe the same as civil dispute.

Learned advocate for the State also submits that the police authorities

have already drawn up a proceeding under Section 126 of the BNSS on or about 12.01.2025.

Having regard to the nature of the dispute complained of, the earlier direction of the Co-ordinate Bench passed in WPA 22755 of 2022 dated 10.05.2023 is reiterated.

The police authorities are directed to keep a strict vigil and ensure that no breach of the peace and tranquility take place.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 1820 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record. A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate for the petitioner.
