Let the same be taken on record. Considering the report dated August 17, 2021, we dispose of this writ petition by directing the Block Land & Land Reforms Officer, Namkhana, South 24-Parganas, to conclude the proceedings within a period of three months from date, after giving reasonable opportunities of hearing to the writ petitioners and all other parties to the said proceedings and by passing a reasoned order, which shall be communicated to the writ petitioners within a period of one week from the date of taking his decision. There will be no order as to costs.
