In Re.:CAN 1 of 2025 This is an application for recalling the order passed on 29th January, 2025 in WPA 1870 of 2025.

Having heard the learned counsel for the parties as well as Ms. Sonal Sinha, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State it appears to me that the writ petition being WPA 1870 of 2025 was disposed of as infructuous by the impugned order dated 29th January, 2025. It appears that the prayer was made in the said writ petition before this Court for issuing mandamus upon the authority whereby the petitioner seeks an order of the respondent authority regarding hearing taken place on 06.04.2022 as well as for passing an order in respect of hearing dated 07.01.2025.

It is the further contention of the petitioner herein that the authority concerned has already passed the order on 28th of January, 2025. The petitioner has already received the copy. So, it appears to be justified that the order passed by this Court is not required to be recalled rather the petition may have the appropriate opportunity to challenge the order before this Court by a specific application according to law.

I make it clear that no issue has been decided by disposing of the writ petition being WPA 1870 of 2025 vide order dated 29.01.2025. Under the above observation, the application being CAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of. Parties to act upon the server copy and urgent certified copy of this order be provided on usual terms and conditions.
