Learned Advocate for state files status report of Tamluk P.S. case No. - 238/17, dated 17th May, 2017 from which it appears that the case arising out of Tamluk Police case no. 238/17 has been disposed off on 12th April, 2023 and accused / petitioner Krittibas Kar has been acquitted from the charges u/s 376/420 of the Indian Penal Code framed against him on 8th December, 2017.
Needless to say, that order of acquittal of accused / petitioner Krittibas Kar left no any scope for proceeding with instant revisional application preferred for quashing of the order no 7, dated 8th December, 2017 of learned Additional Session Judge, 3rd Court,Tamluk, Purba Medinipur by which petition made u/s 227 Cr.P.C. was dismissed and charge was framed against him.
Therefore, nothing remains in this revisional application to decide as it become infructuous.
Accordingly, the revisional application is dismissed as infructuous.
