Ms. Malabika Saha ... for the petitioners Ms. Susmita Saha Dutta For the respondent nos. 1,2 and 3 The present writ application has been preferred praying for necessary direction upon the Presiding Officer of the Central Government Industrial Tribunal to conclude the proceeding of Reference No. 26 of 2022 and Misc. Case No. 1 of 2023 expeditiously.

On hearing the parties and on considering the materials on record it appears that at page 44 of the writ application is the order along with the point of reference which has been referred to the Tribunal. The learned Tribunal has been proceeding with the case but the reference has not been disposed of till date for which it is submitted that the petitioner is suffering irreparable loss and injury.

On hearing the learned counsel for the parties and considering the materials on record the writ application is disposed of with the direction that the Tribunal being the Central Government Industrial Tribunal at Kolkata shall dispose of the proceedings being Reference No. 26 of 2022 and Misc.

Case No. 1 of 2023 within a period of two months from the date of this order on hearing the parties and decide the reference in accordance with law without granting any unnecessary adjournments.

WPA 1875 of 2025 is accordingly stands disposed of.

Connected application, if any, stand disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stands disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the learned counsel for the parties on usual undertakings.
