1. The petitioner retired from service but has not been paid his terminal dues as there is shortfall in his pensionable service period.

2. In the instant writ petition, the order of the authority rejecting the petitioner's prayer to condone the shortfall in his pensionable service period is not under challenge.

3. Challenging the decision of the respondent authority in not condoning the shortfall of two months and twenty days, the petitioner has filed a separate writ petition being WPA 7731 of 2025.

4. As the impugned order of the authority is under challenge in a separate writ petition, accordingly, there is no requirement of proceeding with the instant writ petition any further. The same stands disposed of.

5. All parties to act on the basis of the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

6. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order if applied for be furnished on completion of all formalities.
