Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the representation made by the petitioners to the respondent on October 14, 2020, as annexed at page 136 of the present writ petition, has been kept pending indefinitely by the respondent. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent opposes such contention.

However, it appears that the concerned representation was given as long as back on October

14, 2020. As such, WPA 2037 of 2021 is disposed of by directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioners (annexure P/6 at page 136 of the present writ petition) as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a fortnight from date. There will be no order as to costs.
