The petitioner alleges violation of the ad-interim order of injunction, passed by the learned civil court. Without going into the merits of the allegations made by Mr. Acharyya, learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioners, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon the Officer-in-Charge, Sabang Police Station to comply with the order dated June 28, 2022 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court, Paschim Medinipur. The orders reads as follows: "That the petition for police help under Section 151 is allowed.

The Officer-in-Charge of Sabang Police Station is directed to give necessary police assistance to the plaintiff to implement the ad interim order of injunction of this Court dated 18.04.2016, and to send a report, accordingly.

D.A. is directed to send a extracted copy of this Order along with the extract of the Order dated 18.04.2016 to the concerned P.S.

Fix 22.11.2022 for report and hearing of local inspection petition dated 06.04.2022."

The remedy of the petitioners in respect of the alleged violation of the ad interim order of injunction, is before the learned civil court.

The police authorities shall keep a sharp vigil to prevent breach of peace.

The writ petition is, thus, disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties are to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
