Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, the wife of the petitioner was enlarged on bail by the Jurisdictional Court.

Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the contents in the case diary. Considering the injury report of the victim, the gravity of the offence and the complicity of the petitioner therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 481 of 2022 is dismissed.
