The matter is listed as <To Be Mentioned= on the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and prays for withdrawal of the writ petition being WPA 2045 of 2021.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner does not intend to proceed with the matter and he further submits that unless and until the petitioner is not withdrawn the said petition, the petitioner will not be in a position to participate in any tender in the Madhya Pradesh Civil Supplies Company Limited and, accordingly, he prays for withdrawal of the writ application.

The petitioner has placed the extracts of the Board meetings and the instruction for withdrawal of the instant writ petition. Let the same be kept with the record.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the extracts of the Board meeting and also the written instruction, WPA 2045 of 2021 is dismissed as withdrawn.
