Petitioner is aggrieved that no steps were taken pursuant to the information furnished with the Officer-in-charge, Mathurapur Police Station. According to the petitioner the police authorities restricted themselves by recording a General Diary Entry being G.D.E. No. 171/23 dated 04.10.2023.

Mr. Karan, learned advocate appearing for the State submits a report. Report reflects that Mathurapur PS Case No.

261/2023 dated 20.10.2023 was registered for investigation against the private respondents and others. On completion of investigation charge sheet has also been submitted before the jurisdictional court.

Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that in spite of a decree having been passed by a civil court, the police authorities have not responded for implementing the order passed by the civil court. Police authorities would ensure that since the petitioner and the private respondents are at loggerheads, all measures be taken to ensure that no breach of the peace or tranquility takes place. With the aforesaid observations WPA 1643 of 2024 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
