It is ordered that the investigation into the said FIR be completed within a period of 3 months from date.

With the aforesaid observations, W.P.A. 1741 of 2023 shall stand disposed of.

The report of the Purulia (Town) Police Station, Purulia dated 08.02.2023 is kept with the record.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
