Petitioner informed the Dum Dum Police Station. However the grievance of the petitioner is that her complaint was not dealt with properly and she has been thrown away from a flat at the behest of the respondent nos. 8 & 9.

Learned advocate for the respondent nos. 8 & 9 is present who disputes the contentions.

State has submitted a report. Report reflects that the petitioner is not co-operating with the police authorities.

Earlier there were complaints and criminal cases have been registered. A charge sheet has also been submitted.

Be that as it may, as the petitioner has said that her valuable articles and documents are in possession of respondent nos. 8 & 9 and the police authorities in their report have claimed that they are ready and willing to help the petitioner for recovery of the same in case she is able to render adequate assistance.

I, therefore, direct that in case the petitioner approaches the police authorities, the police authorities would take appropriate action for recovery of the valuables which have been complained on proper proof being submitted with the police authorities.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 2280 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
