The petitioner alleges that the private respondents are causing obstruction in the free ingress and egress to the petitioner's plot in question. The petitioner alleges that the private respondents are dumping construction materials over the said plot of land. The petitioner claims to have made a representation before the Pradhan of the Gram Panchayat and the other officers of the State. The petitioner prays for a direction upon the Prodhan for consideration of his representation.

From the submission made on behalf of the petitioner it appears that the dispute in question is a purely private dispute between the parties. The writ Court is not the appropriate forum to adjudicate the

same. Neither the Prodhan has the power to decide the private dispute between the parties.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum, strictly in accordance with law, if so advised.
