Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that some of the accused were already granted bail by the jurisdictional Court. The police filed charge sheet. Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the injury report.

It appears that the victim suffered bullet injury. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein as is prima facie appearing from the materials in the case diary, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
