The petitioner seeks information about the carpet area of the newly added Mezzanine Floor in the Eastern Side portion of the First Floor, Road Side Room adjoining the verandah at premises no. 285C, Bipin Behari Ganguly Street, Kolkata-700012.

Learned advocate representing the Corporation submits that the aforesaid information is not available with the Corporation.

In view of the above, no relief can be granted to the petitioner in the instant case.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
