The District Inspector of Schools (SE), Purba Bardhaman and the Teacher-in-Charge, Ramnagar High School (H.S.) have filed reports and the same are taken on record.
It appears from the reports that the documents necessary for processing the petitioner's application for pension on account of her deceased husband, have been indicated. The said documents are inter alia, original service book, ROPA 09 and 19 Option Fixation Copies - D.C.R.G. Nomination/Legal Heir Certificate - Original TR Challan and Overdrawn calculation sheet - Aadhar Card of the applicant and declaration of HRA. The said documents are required to be furnished by the Teacher-in-Charge being respondent No.2. The second respondent shall within a period of one month from date furnish all such documents to the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Purba Bardhaman.
The Pradhan, Paligram Gram Panchayat being respondent No.3 shall take a decision within seven days on receipt of a copy of this order as regards the legal heirship of the deceased Ratan Bagdi in accordance with applicable rules to the petitioner within the aforesaid period.
The petitioner shall thereafter transmit such document issued by the Pradhan to the respondent No.2.
It is expected that all verification of documents towards the petitioner's claim for pension and consequent release, on account of Late Ratan Bagdi shall be completed by the respondents within a period of one month after receipt of heirship certificate from the petitioner.
With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
There shall be no order as to costs.
