There is hardly any change in circumstances subsequent to the earlier order of rejection on April 12, 2021 and considering the findings recorded as against the petitioner in such order, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner.

Moreover, the petitioner is unable to establish any delay of the trial being caused at the instance of the prosecution. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. C.R.M. (DB) 290 of 2022 is dismissed.
