1. The applicant/petitioner was enlarged on bail by an order dated February 23, 2024, passed in CRM (DB) 253 of 2024, inter alia, on the condition that he "shall meet the investigating officer once in a week until further orders." He says that he has been scrupulously adhering to the said condition of bail. He now seeks relaxation of that condition of bail.

2. From the report filed by the State we find that the applicant/petitioner has been complying with the bail conditions. There is no adverse report against him.

3. In view of the aforesaid, we are inclined to relax the aforesaid condition of bail. However, since investigation is still in progress, we would not like to wholly waive the condition requiring the applicant/petitioner to report to the Investigating Officer. It will suffice for the applicant/petitioner Signed By :

to meet the Investigating Officer once every month and as and when called for by the Investigating Officer.

4. The other conditions of bail shall remain unaltered.
