1. None appears on behalf of the respondents.

2. Mr. Subir Sanual, learned senior counsel

representing the appellants, has submitted on instruction that the orders under appeal have been accepted and complied with on the basis of the resolution of the Board dated 30th December, 2014 that the candidates whose results have been revised are requested to enter their nine digit roll numbers to confirm themselves whether their results have been considered and also of the date, venue and time of reporting at the Board.

3. In view of the notice dated 1st June, 2015, which clearly shows that the orders passed by different Benches, concerning the issue in question, have been accepted and acted upon.

4. The Notice dated 1st June, 2015 filed in court is kept with the record.

5. In view of the aforesaid, all the appeals stand dismissed.

6. In view of the dismissal of the appeal, nothing remains to be decided in the application for stay being CAN 9710 of 2014 in connection with FMA 4512 of 2014 and the same is accordingly dismissed.

7. However, there shall be no order as to costs.

8. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertaking.
