1. During the pendency of this application, the minor child has been recovered. The report dated 29th January, 2024 filed by the Inspector-inCharge of Egra Police Station, Purba Medinipur is taken on record. It shows that the minor child was produced before the Chairperson of C.WC, Purba Medinipur. The statement of the minor child has also been recorded under Section 161 Cr.P.C.

2. In view of the recovery of the minor child, the application being WPA (H) 5 of 2024 stands disposed of by recording that the minor child has been recovered.

3. We request the C.W.C to deal with the matter as expeditiously as possible and the protection of the child must be ensured.

4. However, there shall be no order as to costs.

5. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertaking.
