1. Learned counsel for the decree-holder has submitted that the Hon'ble Supreme Court has affirmed the order dated 20th July, 2022. A copy of the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court dated 25th September, 2023 is placed before us.

2. The contempt is arising out of nonpayment of occupational charges since 2013 till the disposal of the appeal. We are of the view that the said order is executable as a decree.

3. In view of the above, the Contempt application being CPAN of is accordingly disposed of.
