Heard learned Counsels for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Victim is a 13 year old girl who had implicated the petitioner in the offence. She is yet to be examined. In view of the aforesaid fact, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
