The appellant is not represented. Even on the earlier occasion, the appellant was absent. The appellant has also not removed the defects. The matter was adjourned till 21st August, 2025 in order to enable the appellant to remove the defects. We have recorded in the order dated 7th August, 2025 that in the event no step has been taken for removing the defects within the aforesaid period, it shall be presumed that the appellant is not interested to proceed with the appeal and the appeal shall stand dismissed for non-compliance of the order.

In view of the non-compliance of the order dated 7th August, 2025, the appeal and the connected applications stand dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
