The petitioner's allegation is that though he has been transferred to another school, her papers and service book had not been sent to the new school. Mr. Kamalesh Bhattacharya, learned advocate for the school submits that such handing over of documents may be done before the District Inspector of Schools which I accept.

I direct the concerned District Inspector of Schools to call a meeting of the petitioner and the

school in his office within a period of three weeks from date by giving written notice to the parties for such meeting where school will attend along with all papers in their custody relating to the petitioner and the petitioner will also be present before the DI for accepting those papers.

Learned advocate for the school has submitted that there are some papers which are to be signed by the petitioner and also the DI.

All such acts including handing over the papers will be completed on that day or any other date but the other date should not be more than five days from the first day of such meeting.

With the above direction, this writ application is disposed of.
