The petitioner is in the family way. She may seek medical assistance outside the Bidhannagar East Police Station within the territorial jurisdiction of the Bidhannagar Police Commissionerate upon prior intimation to the I. O.

Upon completion of investigation, the petitioner may apply for relaxation of any condition of bail imposed by this Court before the concerned jurisdictional magistrate under the appropriate provision of the Cr. P. C.

In view of the above, the writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
