The petitioner is aggrieved that FIR No.

107 of 2019 dated 09.09.2019 has not been investigated till now.

Mr. Amal Sen, learned Senior Advocate submits that investigation took time because of the nature of the offence indicated.

Investigation has been completed and charge sheet no. 07 of 2023 dated 31.01.2023 has been filed against six persons. One accused has been arrested.

It is expected that charge sheet is put to committal as expeditiously as possible.

This Court notices with concern the delay in the investigation. There is inordinate delay of more than years in completing the investigation.

6.

It is expected that such delay does not occur in future.

7.

The instant writ petition is thus disposed of.

8.

There shall be no order as to costs.

9.

Report of the concerned Police Station dated 06.02.2023 is taken on record.

10.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
