In view of the order passed in WPA No. 1258 of 2022 on February 15, 2022, the allegations of the petitioner in this writ petition does not survive as the requisition which has been challenged in the writ petition has already been set aside by this court. Hence, nothing survives to be decided in this writ petition. The same is, thus, disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All parties are to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.

Photocopy of the order passed in WPA 1258 of 2022 shall be retained with the records of WPA 1626 of 2022.
