Mr. Satrajit Sinha Roy.................For the petitioners. Ms. Chaitali Bhattacharya, Mr. Kartik Chandra Kapas...........For the respondents. This application causes much concern. During pendency of the application before the State Administrative Tribunal the petitioners have approached the high court.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that since there is no bench, his clients' application could not be heard from 2021.

Smt. Chaitali Bhattacharya, learned advocate for the respondents submits that it is true that there is no division bench available in the tribunal but under the rules the single bench is discharging the functions of the division bench.

Under no circumstances, we can deal with a matter pending before the tribunal.

Since after exchange of affidavits the application is ready for hearing, we direct the tribunal to hear this application out, as a special case, within two months of communication of this order.

The present application is disposed of.
