1. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that inspite of the information furnished on 23.9.2024, no steps were taken by the police authorities.

2. Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report.

3. Report reflects that the genesis of the dispute is a matrimonial dispute. After eight years of the petitioner and his wife living separately, the present complaint was filed with the police authorities.

4. Having regard to the fact that after long lapse of delay, such information was being furnished I am of the view that the petitioner would approach the jurisdictional court for necessary relief.

5. Learned jurisdictional court would assess and ascertain regarding the genuinity of the allegations and thereafter pass a direction.

6. With the aforesaid observation, WPA 1936 of 2025 is disposed of.

7. Report submitted be kept with the record.

8. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

9. Urgent Photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
