On perusal of the records annexed to the writ petition and the prayer for relief asked for inter alia as appears is for consideration of his representation dated 11th January, 2023 by directing the authority concerned to clarify the queries of the petitioner made in the said representation.

It appears from the aforesaid representation dated 11th January, 2023 being annexure P/6 to the writ petition that petitioner has made representation to several authorities but learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the Principal Secretary, Government of West Bengal, Finance Department, Audit Branch/respondent No. 2 is the effective authority to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and submission of the petitioner, this writ

petition being WPA 1775 of 2023 is disposed of by directing the respondent No, 2 to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation dated 11th January, 2023 in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order and to communicate his decision to the petitioner within two weeks from the date of such decision.
