Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner in the meantime has preferred an application for anticipatory bail before this High Court, which is pending for disposal.

In such view of the matter, the instant connected Application is disposed of with the observation that the petitioner's instant prayer shall be guided by the outcome of the anticipatory bail application, already preferred by the petitioner.
