Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the police complaint is a result of animosity between the de facto complainant and the family of the petitioners. Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the statements recorded under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the victim and the medical report of the victim.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners therein and considering the statements recorded under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the victim, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

Prayer for bail is rejected.

This application for bail is dismissed.
