Nezamuddin ......Petitioner Mr. Ramashis Mukherjee .....For the Petitioner Mr. Abhra Mukherjee Mr. Dipankar Mahata .......For the State Apprehending arrest in connection with Pingla Police Station Case No. 285 of 2020 dated 15.09.2020 under sections 448/323/325/307/354B/341/379/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code , the petitioner has filed the present application. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there are civil litigations pending by and between the parties. The learned advocate appearing for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner. He, however, submits that although Doli Bibi has been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 10th December, 2020 in CRM 10118 of 2020 but the involvement of the present petitioner is direct as opposed to the role played by Doli Bibi.

We have considered the materials on record. As nature of injuries do not appear to be grievous from the medical papers, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

In the event of arrest, the petitioner, namely, Sk. Sajjat @ Sk. Nezamuddin, shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 . The application for anticipatory bail, being CRM No. 799 of 2021, is, thus, disposed of.
