1. In the instant matter there is a typographical error which was crept in the cause title which should be read as WPA 1917 of 2025 in place and state of WPA 1917 of 2009 and the remaining portion of the order dated 09.12.2025 remains unaltered.

2. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner files an undated instruction to withdraw the instant writ petition. A copy of the instruction be kept on record.

3. The grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed, in the light of the instruction the writ petition has rendered infructuous and the same may be dismissed as withdrawn.
