Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody for 2 years and the vulnerable witnesses have already been examined.
Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that there are multiple stabbed injuries being inflicted upon the injured.
Learned advocate for the defacto complainant submits that only one witness till date has been partly examined and the evidence of the vital witnesses are still to be examined.
Having considered the gravity of the offence I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail.
Accordingly, CRM (M) 254 of 2026 is dismissed. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
