"The second appeal tender is of year 2012. It is to be moved for admission. Mr. Dutta, learned advocate appears on behalf of appellants and prays for adjournment.

In granting the adjournment we notice that on 25th November, 2014, coordinate Bench had directed the appeal to be listed under heading 'For Dismissal', on the next day. As such we make it clear that further adjournment is not likely to be granted. We make it further clear that if appellants go unrepresented on adjourned date or thereafter, the appeal is likely to be dismissed.
