The petitioner submitted online application for general transfer before the West Bengal Madrasah Service Commission.

The Headmaster of the Madrasah where he is presently serving did not issue the 'No Objection Certificate' in his favour. After filing of the writ petition, the petitioner has communicated to his learned advocate that the 'No Objection Certificate' has been issued by the Headmaster of the Madrasah.

As the 'No Objection Certificate' has already been issued in favour of the petitioner, no further order is required to be passed in the instant writ petition.

The West Bengal Madrasah Service Commission shall take into consideration the 'No Objection Certificate' issued in favour of the petitioner at the time of preparation of the final list relating to general transfer.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties, if applied for, as early as possible.
