It appears therefrom that the Corporation has detected unauthorized construction and passed order of demolition. Consequent thereto notice for vacating the portion constructed unauthorizedly has also been issued.

The Corporation shall take necessary steps to implement the order of demolition in accordance with law.

The contempt application stands disposed of.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
