Learned advocate for the State has filed a status report in connection with Baduria Police Station Case No.400/16 dated 8th June, under Sections 498A/325/406/506/354A/34 of the IPC which reveals that this case has been acquitted under Section 248(1) of Cr.P.C. on 3rd March, 2021. By the said order of acquittal, the prayer of petitioner for quashing of the charge sheet being No.459/16 dated 31st July, 2016 filed in connection with Baduria Police Station Case No.400/16 dated 8th June, 2016 under Sections 498A/325/406/506/354A/34 of the IPC, has become infractuous.

Accordingly, the instant revisional application being CRR 136 of 2017 is dismissed as infructuous.

The interim application, if there be any, stands vacated.

Connected applications, if any, stands dismissed. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, shall be given to the parties as expeditiously as possible.
