The learned counsel for the State has submitted that the petitioner has already expired. The learned counsel has also drawn the attention of this Court to the prayer of the revisional application and has further pointed out that charge has already been framed in the trial Court.

I have gone through the materials on record and it appears that after filing the instant revisional application, the petitioner is not appearing before this Court for a long time. Administrative Notices were issued, but in vain. After going through the materials on record and as per submission of the learned counsel for the State, it appears that charge has already been framed in this case and, accordingly, the revisional application has become infructuous.

The revisional application is, thus, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Criminal Section is directed to supply certified copies of this order to the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
